Privacy and Website Usage Policies. Please review our policies regarding our custom lenticular printing vehicle graphics and large format printing services.
Digillax Consulting requires that you use this site for lawful purposes only. You must agree with all of the policies posted on this Digillax Consulting website. If you do not agree with all of these posted policies, you must leave this website now.
User represents and warrants that (a) User's use of the website and services does not and will not violate the copyright rights or other rights of any other person or entity, (b) User has full and complete ownership of all copyright (or has sufficient permission or license) in any content submitted by User to Digillax Consulting for display or reproduction, or for any other purpose; (c) User has not removed, defaced, obscured or concealed any copyright restrictions or other proprietary notices from any content submitted to Digillax Consulting by User; (d) all subjects of photographs submitted to Digillax Consulting by User have explicitly or nonexplicitly given permission for such display, viewing or reproduction; and (e) User, if an individual, is of legal age (persons not of legal age are not permitted to use the service).
Any User ordering prints of photographic, logos or trademarked images or other products incorporating such images, whether from a website display or by electronic or other submission thereof to Digillax Consulting, represents and warrants that the User is either the sole subject of such images, or otherwise has all the necessary rights to reproduce such photographs, logos or trademarks.
Digillax Consulting is entitled to rely upon the representations and warranties of the User with respect to the use of services offered by Digillax Consulting. User agrees to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless Digillax Consulting, and any subsidiary or affiliated company, and all officers, directors, employees, and agents thereof, from and against any and all claims, damages and other costs and liabilities,including but not limited to direct, consequential, exemplary and punitive damages, as well as reasonable attorney fees, incured by Digillax Consulting as a direct or indirect result of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by User, any violation of the copyright of any third party by User, any improper use of the website or other services offered by Digillax Consulting by User, or any other actions taken by the User or any person using the User's access credentials and/or account, in any dealings with Digillax Consulting.
Digillax Consulting provides quotes with standard estimates of proofing and production times. If you need a delivery that is faster than quoted, contact sales@digillax.com, to see if a Rush Order is possible with the current production schedule. Rush Orders require approval and incurr additional charges. There are no refunds on Rush Orders. It is the customers responsibility to ensure there is enough time for delivery. Digillax Consulting will not be responsible for shipping costs or any other costs associated with non-delivery of custom print projects for any reason.
Digillax Consulting cannot, and does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges on customized printed products. Your project will be printed as it appears during the approval process. You will be required to provide approval of a softproof before a hard copy proof or one off print is produced.
Digillax Consulting offers Student Discounts for projects to be turned in for a grade. Please provide a description of the assignment, proof of student status or have the students teacher/adviser email sales@digillax.com.
All hard copy proofs and one off prints are prepaid via credit card or check before shipping. Shipping costs are not included in price quotes. Digillax Consulting does not provide refunds on customized one off prints or hard copy proofs.
Digillax Consulting provides lenticular images "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We offer this website to assist with informing customers of the properties of lenticular images, including but not limited to lenticular lenses, ghosting, resolution, animation, clarity, depth, center phasing, or viewing distance. Some images work better than others. Images with light areas may allow a ghosted image to be seen from another image. Using common and/or textured backgrounds can help reduce ghosting, but ghosting can not be eliminated.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to understand the properties of lenticular images and evaluate/determine the suitability for a particular purpose.
Digillax Consulting may use over runs of printed products as sales samples unless requested by email not to do so. Contact sales@digillax.com if you would like to purchase and/or limit use of overs as sales samples.
Digillax Consulting does not include shipping costs as part of custom printing quotes. Please allow enough time to handle any unforseen issues with your custom print projects and/or shipping delays. Digillax Consulting will not be responsible for any shipping costs involved with custom print projects. It is the customers responsibility to ensure there is enough time to respond to any issues related to the delivery of custom print projects. Digillax Consulting will not be responsible for any costs resulting from non-delivery of custom print projects for any reason.
Digillax Consulting includes damage insurance when billing shipping charges. If shipping charges are to be billed directly to clients credit card or shipper account number, be sure to specify if damage insurance is desired. When shipping using your shipper's account number, provide a completed shipping document if possible.
If your item arrived damaged, please contact sales@digillax.com immediately. You will be required to provided documentation of the damage when filing a claim with the shipper. Be sure to notify shipper of any damages when receiving a shipment, refuse obviously damaged packages. If the shipping was billed to your credit card or shipper account you will need to file a claim with the shipper your self.
Failure to provide proper documentation of damaged shipments in a timely manner can lead to rejection of any claims for damages.
All international shipments require a credit card or shipper number to cover any charges incured by either the sending or receiving country's customs agency.
Digillax Consulting does not rent or sell your personal information to other companies or individuals. We may share such information with trusted businesses or persons for the sole purpose of providing products or services you've requested. We may disclose such information if required by law or have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to protect the rights, property or safety of Digillax Consulting, its users, or the public.
Digillax Consulting reserves the right to revise these policies at any time. Revisions will be posted on this page and you are responsible for reviewing the page from time to time to ensure compliance.
